We will discuss different approaches to build AI assistants with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning. We will examine each method’s evaluation results, their effects on the relevance, similarity, and accuracy of the responses provided by AI models, and the conclusion drawn from our research.
