 The Ai Summit is set for November 7-8th, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Join us in person in the Silicon Valley. For those joining us virtually, you’ll receive all the Zoom invite details after registration.

To further facilitate networking, we have a dedicated session at the end specifically designed for this purpose. Yes, in-person attendees will be well-catered for meals throughout the event. We provide breakfast and lunch, ensuring you have the energy to engage in all the sessions. And for a sweet treat, we’ll also be serving ice cream! Our aim is to make your experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

Yes, full recordings of the sessions will be available to all registered participants, whether you join us in-person or online. Additionally, we’ll share selected highlights on the Ai Summit’s social media platforms. This ensures that you have access to the wealth of knowledge shared during our events, at your convenience.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Therefore, we offer a full refund (platform fee not included) 30 days before the event. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us at [email protected]. We’re committed to doing our best to accommodate your needs.

For in-person attendees, your registration includes access to sessions with speaker sessions, panels, hands-on workshops, and our AI product showcase. When attending in person, you’ll also enjoy breakfast, lunch and receive post-event recordings of the sessions. When attending online, you will have live broadcasting of these sessions and access to the recordings after the event.

Yes, we have the ai.4.all Program, designed to make the summit more accessible. If you’re interested in attending, send an inquiry to [email protected]. We would love to learn about your passion in learning about artificial intelligence, and we offer limited scholarship and complimentary seats for qualified individuals. LIMITED COMPLIMENTARY SEATS AVAILABLE:

VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE

Joining us virtually is simple and seamless:

  1. Register: Use the same registration link for all attendees: techequity-ai.org/registration
  2. Select Participation Type: During registration, choose the “Online Virtual Attendees” option.
  3. Receive Your Link: After registration via Eventbrite, we’ll send you a Zoom link in a separate email. This link is your gateway to all the sessions, so keep an eye on your inbox!
