Arrive by 8:00 am.
Friday

8:30 am–4:00 pm
Arrive by 8:00 am. Building closes at 5:00 pm.
Step 3: Your table
Tabletop demos and conversations. Prepare a short demo your team can repeat.
Table
5-foot table. We’ll walk you to it when you arrive.
Power
Extra outlets and USB-C charging on site.
Wifi
Available throughout the venue.
Monitor
Limited. Request one in advance.
Banner
One pull-up banner. Larger items need approval.
Storage
Multi-day exhibitors can leave items overnight.
Bring
A laptop, a small product display and tabletop branding.

- Check with us first before planning large displays, interactive equipment, food or drinks, or anything that draws a crowd.
