Stage 1 of 3: Before the event

Step 1: Pre-register

Required for building access. It takes two minutes.

Check your email

About 24 hours before your day, the venue emails you an Envoy link.

Envoy email in your inbox: “Action Required: Pre-Register for Your Event at the Snowflake Silicon Valley AI Hub”

Step 2

Pre-register in Envoy

Use the email you registered with. One registration per day.

Envoy email card: “Register Now for Venue Access” with a Register Now button

Step 3

Show your QR code

Scan it at the check-in iPad to print your badge.

Your Envoy pass: “Sign in when you arrive” with your QR code

Envoy QR code gets you into the building.

Luma QR code not valid for entry.

Can’t find the email?

Search your inbox for “Envoy” or “Snowflake”.

No pre-registration needed.

Step 2: Plan

Arrive early

  • Doors: 8:30 AM PST.
  • Seating: First-come, first-served for everyone.
  • Capacity: Once the building is full, we can’t admit more people, regardless of ticket type or membership. Arrive early!

Pre-register each day

  • When: The day before each visit.
  • Check-in: Use the corresponding QR code from Envoy to print your badge and get access to the venue each time you visit.
